Julien Riesen Posted September 23, 2022 Posted September 23, 2022 For some weird reason I can't paste text inside Designer's text fields any more. When I try to paste text to rename a group for example, Designer creates a text field at the centre of my artboard and pastes the copied text inside of it. If I try to paste text in a text field in the preferences for example, the text just won't paste. Everything still works properly in Photo and in Publisher. Has anybody had the same issue? Affinity Designer 1.10.5 / macOS 12.6
Old Bruce Posted September 23, 2022 Posted September 23, 2022 It needs double clicking on the name so the words are highlighted. Otherwise you have simply selected the layer/group Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6 Affinity Designer 2.6.0 | Affinity Photo 2.6.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.6.0 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

GarryP Posted September 26, 2022 Posted September 26, 2022 (edited) Would it be possible for us to see a video of this happening? If you can’t (or don't want to) make a video, can you give us a full-screen screenshot showing the application immediately before you do the paste operation? By the way, how are you doing the paste operation? Edited September 26, 2022 by GarryP
