John Jones 1812 Posted September 11, 2022 Share Posted September 11, 2022 I have been using Affinity Publisher for some time but today, after inserting and printing one image from my photos, I am unable to drag and drop, paste or insert via the button. The app closes down, shows an error and when I reopen the app true work is lost. Very annoying and makes the software completely unusable. I even deleted the software and reinstalled (no luck), upgraded the OS to Monterey (again no luck). Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!! Staff DWright Posted September 12, 2022 Staff Share Posted September 12, 2022 Hi @John Jones 1812, Welcome to the forum Can you please provide me with more information on the type of photo that you are trying to insert into Affinity Publisher Also can you please send me the latest crash report by going to Applications > Utilities and open the Console app. Crash Reports from our apps can be found in the User Reports section.
