Nielsllslsl
I generally love Affinity, apart from the fact that it tends to mess up texts, paragraphs and anything related to it all the time. My question is really simple. I'm trying to standardize the two paragraphs shown in the picture. The top one is correct, the bottom one is all messed up. I've googled and checked for various solutions, but I have no idea what to do at this point. I just want the two texts to be standardized down to every single possible text variable........ UGH! =)
Staff NathanC Posted September 8, 2022 Staff Share Posted September 8, 2022 Hi @Nielsllslslwelcome to the forums, One way to achieve consistent/standardised formatting throughout multiple text frames is to utilise Text styles, for example if both text frames are assigned the same Paragraph style they will retain the same Leading values (unless the style in the frame has been modified indicated by a '+'). I've linked some help guides below for more information. https://affinity.help/publisher/English.lproj/pages/Text/textStyles.html https://affinity.help/publisher/English.lproj/pages/Panels/textStylesPanel.html Nielsllslsl
trichens
You could also check to see if the Ignore Baseline Grid option is turned off/on on the text frames.
