Does Affinity Designer have a fill rule?

Recommended Posts

In Affinity Designer, if I draw a vector shape that crosses over itself, where the cross over happens it "knocks out" the color. Is there a way to have this not happen? In Illustrator's Attribute palette, this is called a "Fill Rule" that you can turn on and off. See below for example.
