Nashorn
When I draw a picture frame on a page, the publisher behaves strangely. Other images on the neighboring pages flicker and drop an image in, I can't see it. However, it is displayed in the levels. What can I do? 🤔 Attached is a video of it! seltsamer Publisher.mov
Dan C
Hi Nashorn, What are the specs and OS of your machine? Do you have Metal Acceleration turned on in your preferences > Performance. Lee
Nashorn
Hi Lee, here are my specs: MacBookAir 8,1 - Dual-Core Intel Core i5 - 1,6 GHz - 1  Prozessor, 2 Kerne - 256 KB L2-Cache - 4 MB L3-Cache - 8 GB Speicher macOS 12.5.1 Metal Acceleration turned on (see attachement). This strange behavior only appeared after the last macOS update. It never was before. It's probably because of that. Nashorn
Nashorn
I continue to work on my book project by copying, pasting and adjusting picture frames from previous pages. This works normally. 🙂

Nashorn
I tried without Metal Acceleration. It makes no difference.

Did you restart Publisher? - Other than that it may be due to some system changes by macOS 12.5.1 Monterey! Choose the affected document to get its pages imported this way. 5. Try if the issue with new picture frames still happens. Nashorn
Whoa! I didn't know about this function. After that, creating picture frames and inserting pictures works again. Excellent! Thanks very much, Thomaso! One more question: What is the reason for the strange behavior of the designer? thomaso

Nashorn
I think there was a little bit that got lost.  Like in real life. 😊
