Grim72
Hi, I rebuilt my pc from the motherboard on up. I am trying to install Affinity designer to an SSD from my old drive. It won’t validate it with the correct product keys. I even tried to start from the confirmation e-mail that was sent to install. Maybe it’s because my registered device has changed ? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

If ADe takes the ethernet MAC address into account etc. those will now have changed. Thus you should re-install ADe via it's Installer freshly from ground up instead! Staff Lee D Posted September 5, 2022 Staff Share Posted September 5, 2022 @Grim72 Welcome to the forums. You should be able to use the installer without issue, please make sure you're entering the correct product key. If you continue to have an issue with the product key please DM me with a screenshot of the key entered (don't upload a screenshot of your key here) and message received and also your key as shown in your account.
