In AD/APub: How do I copy merged/flattened?

How do I merge flattened to a new layer?

I don't think we can. You would need to open the document in Photo and do it there. This is one advantage of Affinity's only one actual format for all three applications, a file extension of .afdesign can be opened in Photo and edited in that and then saved and it will still be an .afdesign file.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6
Affinity Designer 2.6.0 | Affinity Photo 2.6.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.6.0 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Thanks! I have studio, so that will work.

On a side-note: It's a basic operation that should be available in all 3 in my opinion.

Different to AD/APub flattening is basic in APhoto where you work more with pixel layers + don't create several pages within one document.
