doggerinowo Posted September 1, 2022 Posted September 1, 2022 Hello, i don't actually know if this belongs here or if anyone else has had an issue like this or similar. I just recently reinstalled my operating system on my pc and i'm trying to reinstall affinity designer I have purchased it around the time that the 50% sale was going on and was trying to reinstall it with the same exact license key and ran into an issue. I do have both the product key and the order number on hand if needed but I couldn't find a better way on contacting support so any form of help is greatly appreciated. Quote

You did go to the correct platform, MAC vs Windows, on Serif's site, and did log into your account there? If you purchased it from Serif, it should show all the purchases, and downloads you have made. Are you signing into your account at Serif's web store, with the same username/email, that you used when you purchased? Did you purchase it from the MS/MAS or from Serif? If you purchased from MAS or MS store you would need to download from there. Vice-versa, if you Purchased from Serif and are trying to download from the MAS or MS store it won't work. Where were you downloading from?
