Loading Add-Ons

Hello,

I've just set up my new beautiful Mac Studio. I've loaded all three of my Serif apps. And, I've downloaded all the add-ons. I'm confused as to how to actually install these add-ons. in the instructions it says to check a box. But, I don't see any such box.

Are you not finding My Account?

Or are you finding it, but not finding "Always install available content"?

You could have downloaded them manually, from your Affinity Store account. Or via My Account.

I found My Account just fine. It's where I loaded the three apps and the add-ons from. But somewhere there's supposed to be a checkbox that tells the add-ons to go into the apps automatically. I don't see any such checkbox.

No. "My Account" is a function within the apps. You seem to be confusing it with your account at the Affinity Store website.

If you only downloaded the add-ons from the Store website, then you'll need to install them manually, which is done differently based on the file types you downloaded. If you download them via My Account, they will probably install automatically into that app.
