PeterLok Posted August 26, 2022 Posted August 26, 2022 Hi all, I'm wondering if in the near future the possibility of merging / importing data into Affinity Designer will be possible? I would like to manipulate multiple data driven objects (symbols) in data viz / infographics artwork. Work arounds are a lot of work, especially if the data changes. Any tips for workarounds welcome still. Thanks in advance. Kind regards, Peter Quote
walt.farrell Posted August 26, 2022 Posted August 26, 2022 Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. My guess: Data Merge will remain a function that is exclusive to Affinity Publisher. Of course, if you own both Designer and Publisher, you can use Publisher to do most everything you can do in Designer. So perhaps you could just do your work in Publisher, and use Data Merge there?
