I bought Affinity designer 2 times, and now I don't have them, again. Affinity team don't recognize my emails. I bough two affinity designers in my life time, and I only use 3 emails for years, and none of them are recognizable. I'm furious, can you explain why? 100 dollars for nothing. I did change my Hardware, and my hard disk. Every time I have a new pc It happens. Like I didn't even purchased them. And my email are full of junk email of Affinity "30% OFF etc'' and my product keys are nowhere to be found. Help ASAP Quote

Every time I have a new pc It happens Changing your hard drive where Affinity is installed, or computer altogether will mean Affinity needs to be reinstalled, this cannot be avoided. If so, you simply need to sign in to that store with the same account credentials you originally used, and reinstall from there. Serif won't know anything about purchases made from someone else's store. I can confirm that this order number is linked to the email address you've provided above - and I've been able to locate your Affinity account using this However, the purchase that the order number provided is referring to is a trial of Affinity Designer, and not a full purchase of the application, which is why no product key appears on the Affinity Stores 'Download and Product Key' page.
