Project key not working

Hi, my boss has sent me product keys he has purchased for Photo and Publisher for me. I have downloaded a trial of Photo and installed, but the product key is not validating (am using the email address provided with the product key). I also now can't download a trial of Publisher. Are you able to help? Is it perhaps because the trial version is associated with a different account (mine) and the product keys were generated from my bosses account?

I'd like to request a screenshot of the email address and product key combination, entered into the Affinity app - though as we wouldn't want to share this publicly, can you please upload this screenshot to the below link for me?

Downloading and installing Affinity apps are completely separate from the product key activation, so there should be no issue downloading and installing Publisher before using the product key combo provided to you.

Please try downloading Publisher from the following link, as this should hopefully download and install as expected:
