... which indirectly tells you, that for Windows, you have to look after a Designer "doc_spread_presets.propcol" file under ...

  • Affinity Store version:
    • Affinity Designer: %appdata%\Affinity\Designer\1.0\user\
  • Microsoft Store version: 
    • Affinity Designer: %appdata%\Affinity\Designer\1.0 (Store)\user\

... and take/copy that file then over to ...

  • Affinity Store version:
    • Affinity Photo: %appdata%\Affinity\Photo\1.0\user\
  • Microsoft Store version: 
    • Affinity Photo: %appdata%\Affinity\Photo\1.0 (Store)\user\

@v_kyr beat me to that answer.

I would only mention that this is not an intended nor supported user action, so you should take appropriate backups of the original file in Photo before you replace it, in case this causes problems. (I do not expect it to cause problems, but it's not something I've ever tried.)
