Cartoonjosh Posted August 25, 2022 Posted August 25, 2022 Hi, is it possible to edit a preset once it's been created? For example, let's say I'm creating a series of illustrations which depict a character, and I've given a "recolour" adjustment preset to color the character's hair. I call the preset "Dude hair" . If I needed to change the character's hair colour in the whole series of illustrations, and if I could edit the recolour adjustment preset, it would (presumably) automatically update when I open the files. I tried to change the parameters in the preset and over-write the preset by using the same name, but Affinity Photo just makes a copy of the preset and puts it next to the old one. So as it is now, I have to create a new "hair" recolour preset and re-apply it to each file, but maybe I'm missing out on a feature (or a workaround). Quote
Old Bruce Posted August 25, 2022 Posted August 25, 2022 Why not use a Global Colour Swatch in a Document Palette? Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6 Affinity Designer 2.6.0 | Affinity Photo 2.6.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.6.0 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
