Andy Mo Posted August 23, 2022 Posted August 23, 2022 Experiencing a strange issue in Photo. When I zoomed out of a long panorama I was assembling (using old photos) the visibility of some middle layers would disappear, even though it was still checked as visible. As I zoomed in/out, different layers/masks would disappear/appear. I restarted the program and the same thing would happen. If I export the image to JPG it looks fine. This is just a visual glitch. In the following images, I am just zooming in/out of the centre of the image. Hard to see in the later images, but it looks like masks are being disabled/enabled. Any idea? Thanks, Andy Quote
Staff stokerg Posted August 23, 2022 Staff Posted August 23, 2022 Hi @Andy Mo, Can you just see if you have Hardware acceleration enabled by clicking Edit>Preferences>Performance and its the tick box at the bottom of this screen. If thats enabled, untick it and close Preferences and you'll be ask to restart Affinity. Once restarted, see if you can replicate the issue. Quote
Andy Mo Posted August 23, 2022 Author Posted August 23, 2022 Hello @stokerg ! HW acceleration is not enabled. For a test I enabled it and the issue still exists. Quote
