Hello, since I haven't been able to export a file to PDF directly via Export (there is an issue with fonts that AP doesn't show them properly), I had to do it via Print mode.

However, when I'm saving a file, it always got stuck and I have to force exit to be able to save it again when I reopen AP.

MacOS: Monterey 12.5.1

I would look at replacing those fonts. May also solve the Save problem.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6
Affinity Designer 2.6.0 | Affinity Photo 2.6.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.6.0 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

More than the issue with fonts, it's the fact of the bug of AP that doesn't allow me to have fluency with my projects. It happens with different fonts styles.

Muli, Josefin Sans...

file: TTF

Josefin Sans - should have no issues with the static fonts.
Make sure you have not also installed the variable fonts.
Variable fonts are not supported, and the names inside the variable fonts will conflict with the static fonts.

Muli - most likely badly broken. The versions from both FontSpace and Font Squirrel have name conflicts which will cause problems on Export to PDF.
Do not know if a good version is available anywhere.
Do not use them.
Mulish is the updated and fixed version available on Google Fonts.
The Vernon Adams estate would not allow GF to use the name, so they changed it.

I had a similar problem when my file went from 12 to 20 pages. I couldn't create a PDF export (error message). I found a workaround; use the printer, instead of printing, in the print dialogue box, choose "save as PDF". It works f or me, I am on a MacBook Pro. Affinity 2.0. Hope it helps!
