Apub Set Picture fra size/ratio

Recommended Posts

Easiest way is to set the numbers in the Transform panel for the Height and Width. Now use the little "Linked" indicator to the right of them and lock the aspect ratio. You can now resize it using the transform panel or holding the shift key down (so as to preserve the aspect ratio) while using the move tool.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.4
Affinity Designer 2.4.1 | Affinity Photo 2.4.1 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.1 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Ok, so no native support for set to fixed ratios?

How do you imagine "native" support for fixed ratio?

Aspect ratio is preserved when resizing with the Move Tool while holding Shift.

Hi @GeirSol,

You can also control the Scale of your image from the Context Toolbar when using Picture Frames -

However there is no support for 'fixed ratios' here, in terms of the Golden Ratio etc, my apologies.

Please note -

I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.

Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible.

Many thanks!

Here's what I had in mind. From Gimp

If I understand the picture correctly, it is the equivalent of the proposed lock/link.
