GeirSol
Hi! How to I set a picture-frame to eg. golden ratio?
Old Bruce
Easiest way is to set the numbers in the Transform panel for the Height and Width. Now use the little "Linked" indicator to the right of them and lock the aspect ratio. You can now resize it using the transform panel or holding the shift key down (so as to preserve the aspect ratio) while using the move tool. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Staff Dan C Posted August 17, 2022 Staff Share Posted August 17, 2022 Hi @GeirSol, You can also control the Scale of your image from the Context Toolbar when using Picture Frames - However there is no support for 'fixed ratios' here, in terms of the Golden Ratio etc, my apologies. Quote Please note - I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time. Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible. Many thanks! From Gimp If I understand the picture correctly, it is the equivalent of the proposed lock/link.
