No, version 2 of the Affinity suite will be a one off purchase (perpetual license) and will not be sold as a subscription service (monthly or otherwise)

is = IS = 15?th of November/December... Just thinking why you wrote this one in italic. At least a beta or a sneak peak would be highly appreciated to see the direction Affinity is taken ;-) so I´m still waiting and wishing...

I know that this thread is supposed to be fun and its posts in that spirit. Still, at what point does teasing become sadism? 😁Every time y'all post, I get an e-mail notification. I check thinking that it's maybe some legit news and then.... BOOM! Elephant. This thread has become less about conveying important information and more about seeing who's the nuttiest. I also think you've got that all backwards.
It has taken so long because Serif had to buy Adobe for its licenses.
For the software they had no use so they buried it under the mud in San Jose.
