Observe you are prompted to register or Sign in Click Already Registered? Sign in now! > Observe "Please wait a moment" Observe "Were Sorry Something went wrong during registration or sign-in" and observe "Timeout while waiting for registration service "ready" notification" click Try again or click Remind me later Result: If click Try again the process repeats If click Remind me Later nothing seems to happen Note: Publisher and Designer seem to have retained my registration key NOTE: I can repeat this scenario by selecting Help > My Account and getting the My Account screen Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Current is 1.10.5.something. I'm not sure that's relevant to your problem....
