Hi

I am not new to planner design and layout, however I am a complete newbie at data merge (it can my my life much easier if I know how to use it) ;-)

I've attached a basic planner layout of how I imagine the design to look.  The second shows the reality which is that all the information is the same.  I have tried several different ways of creating a very basic spreadsheet, sadly the result is the same.  All this information needs to be on the same page, please can you point me to a video/tutorial that can help with this.

Off the top of my head I think you need to use the Data Merge Tool to create a (sort of) table with four rows and one column (or four rows and two columns) then place the fields for the days in the upper right (sort of) cell.

I am not at all certain what your layout is, is it a week on one page or two pages.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Had a look at the spreadsheet, you'll need to insert every Eighth day of the week, the one named Notes. And you'll need to get January repeated in all the rows.

Each row in a spreadsheet is a record and each record will display on a new page so it needs to be restructured
I am not good with the Data Merge Layout Tool so if that's the answer I apologise
