Fabricio Z
I'm on Windows 11. Until some time ago, both Designer and Publisher were working fine. But now, when I'm inside the apps and try to create or open any document, the app quits itself, no error message nor anything. I was using a beta version, but then I tried the trial version and the problem continues. Please, can somebody help me how to fix it without having to format the system? Thank you. RichardMH
Try turning off hardware acceleration. Edit->Preferences->Performance.
Fabricio Z
It appears to have worked. Thank you! Any clues on why this happens with hardware acceleration on?

Possibly it indicates that your GPU drivers have problems. You could try updating them to a newer level, but sometimes downgrading to an older level is needed.
