Help removing a bloquote/left line in text box

Hey guys, I imported an Adobe InDesign PDF file into Affinity Publisher, and I have this weird Blockquote line / left line prepending the text field in my table - https://www.loom.com/i/7d0838a40f2449cfa9bacc1cd43c2686

For the life of me I can't figure out how to get rid of it. All character and paragraph styles have been cleared (no style) - https://www.loom.com/i/ae4d67edf41844a595ccad911d156c6f and https://www.loom.com/i/1ac4cea085c842358040ffbbaaa3a80b

Any suggestions how to remove this line? I'm probably missing something super simple...

Could you make a small Publisher file (use copy and paste) showing just some of the problem paragraphs/tables and post it here. Otherwise all we can do is speculate. Best would be the idml file.

Thanks for the reply. I don't have the IDML file, only PDF supplied by client. I've attached the file for reference.

There is a Decoration in the text in the table. Select all the text in the table and remove the 

Character outline: solid 0.2 pt
