Presumably you bought Affinity Photo from the Microsoft Store or Apple Mac Store?

Make sure you purchased this software directly from the Affinity Store, and not from the Microsoft Store or Apple Mac App Store.

Registering the software is a function that works no matter where you purchased it. 

If you had to create an account in order to register the application, then either: 

1. You purchased it from Microsoft or Apple, not from Serif. In this case if you need to download it again you download it from the Microsoft or Apple store.

Or 

2. You purchased from Serif but using a different email address.

Our records indicate that you did purchase from the Affinity Store however I too am only seeing what you see on your account (free content).
