Zoom level briefly changes to "Zoom to Fit" when switching between tabs

Recommended Posts

When switching tabs / different open images, the image you switched to briefly shows with a "Zoom to Fit" zoom level, before then going to the zoom level you had actually set when you last worked in that tab.

See attached video, where I have various images that I have set to 100% zoom. Switching between them briefly shows them blown up to fit, before then showing them at 100%. (just noticed that the flash of zoom to fit doesn't appear for some in the video...I suspect the flash fell between framerate of the video, but doing it live it does it for ALL tab switches)

Not a major bug, but more of an annoyance.

Hi @patrick_h_lauke,

Thanks for your report!

I can confirm this is a bug which is already logged with our development team, therefore I am in the process of updating the information recorded & adding a new report count to this, to bring it to our teams attention once again.

I hope this helps :)

Please note -

I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.

Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible.

Many thanks!
