Some TIFFs are blank when opened in Photo

Recommended Posts

Hi, I am fairly new to the Affinity suite.

I am trying to open some tiff images in Photo, produced years ago in Photoshop and they all have closed layers.

Some of them open without a problem, but two images are completely blank when opened or placed inside a new file. They are not really blank, in fact the Windows Photos application can open them without any problems. I then asked a friend and he was able to open them in Photoshop without any problem.

Why? Here is a screenshot.

Thank you.

Hi, I'm sorry for the late answer, I was not at home in these days. Thank you very much, I've just uploaded that file using the DropBox link.
