Text giving some trouble today

Should the two pieces of ‘“Appointment” text contain the same words? The lower one is only displaying one line.

By the way, the comma is superfluous. The text currently tells us “the previous working day will be cancelled by management” but I’m quite sure it doesn’t mean to suggest that the working day will be cancelled by anyone! It should simply say “Appointments not confirmed by 1pm the previous working day will be cancelled management”.
