JamesDuff
Hi everyone, I'm having some weird graphic glitches with Affinity Designer. Video attached. Whenever I select a drawing type tool (pencil, pen, even crop) and move the cursor over the art board, I get some black flickering, and a large black panel that covers all the screen just below the mouse cursor. Designer version is from the Microsoft Store, version 1.10.5.1342 This is on an HP Spectre X360 laptop with Iris Plus graphics, running Windows 11 (all up to date, intel drivers up to date). I've disabled automatic panel refresh, and also tried all the combinations of the rendering settings in preferences (Iris rendering, WARP, changed retina rendering, turned off hardware acceleration. None of these made a difference. I've cleared the whole operating system and reinstalled fresh with the same problem. I've seen similar posts talking about gsync on nvidia cards, but I don't have a real GPU. Has anyone else seen this? Is there anything I can do about it? Thanks. JamesDuff
Thanks @Callum, since I created this post, a NEW graphics driver update arrived, which APPEARS to have resolved the issue for the moment. I'll return to this post if the issue reoccurs, but for the moment it seems to have been sorted by Intel!
