flandish Posted August 5, 2022 Share Posted August 5, 2022 When generating documents with data merge and the artwork is in artboards rather than spreads, the progress of generating the data merge document stalls and gives no reason as to why. Converting artboards to spreads fixes the problem — an automated check should be made before attempting to generate and serve a warning/suggestion/"Convert Dartboards to Spreads" option.
