I'm not sure what you mean. Do you have the app installed on your iPad? What exactly happens when you try to run it?

Just to be sure of the possibility, might you have purchased the program for desktop years back, and then hope to open the program on iPad? I ask only because there are different licenses for the different devices. Or, did you purchase the program for iPad originally?

If you purchased from the Apple store make sure you are logged in with the correct Apple ID (the one used to make the original purchase).
