Affinity Publisher - Two Identical Text Frames Have Different Leadings

I have two identical text frames with text. I set leading to 30pt, or 45pt, one looks properly, the other one doesn't change at all, or changes weirdly. What am I missing? Is it a bug or a feature?

Turn on Show Special Characters and you'll see that you have many Paragraphs on the right and none on the left.

It is a feature.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.4
Affinity Designer 2.4.0 | Affinity Photo 2.4.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.0 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Even if you do not do that, in the Layers panel if you expand the Layer1 (Layer) to show all of its layers, you can see first pilcrow in the two (Felicia Ruiz) Frame Text layers.
