A_B_C
Hi vermau, and welcome here … :) In Affinity Designer there are two different ways to export files as PNGs: Global export, accessible through File > Export. Slice-based export, accessible through the Export Persona. If you want to export @1x, @2x, @3x PNG files from your Designer file, you should use the Export Persona, and the size of the @1x file is obviously determined by the intended use of the design. In order to understand the different ways of exporting, I would recommend reading the respective passages in the in-app help files first (Help > Affinity Designer Help). A_B_C
And here’s the third one (obviously the forum software doesn’t like to embed more than two videos in a single post): Hope that helps … feel free to ask further questions if needed … :) Thanks, Alex
vermau
Thanks a lot Alex. I am so happy to see such a quick response to my query. I was able to export the PNG slices as required and create an OS X icon as well. Snapshot attached.
