Here is my latest attempt, using the Baseten converter, thanks to you, and starting all over again, with much inpainting, patching, cloning, and mumbling.

Very nice result, but what bothered me with Baseten, was the fact, that nearly everybody has white lips. Maybe you should darken these areas a bit to make it look more natural.

You of course if you want and feel like it.

Absolutely.  “Practice makes perfect”. — or in my case “makes positive steps, hopefully.”

Well, here goes again.  @Alfred and @joe_l what do you think of these eyes and lips?  Still too spooky and too light? To quote my late father:  "We strive to please!"🤔

Actually, thank you for your suggestions!!

Still a bit light, perhaps, but much less spooky. A worthwhile improvement! :)

Back to the drawing boards.  I'm trying to give the spooky eyed-man a shadow under his cap, rather like some of the others, without turning him into a garden mole.

Another try.

Much better, well done. There is no need for perfection. The world is not perfect and photos are allowed to show this. Perfection is boring, I know what I am talking about. ;)
