ldavis1919 Posted July 13, 2022 Share Posted July 13, 2022 Hello, My app keeps crashing. Not at all sure why it keeps crashing either. I have tried clearing up some space and also tried restarting app after clearing it from background. I have also tried restarting iPad. When I try to preform a certain tasks it kicks me out and resets to before the task. This isn’t the first time so I’m not sure it is exactly individual task specific. As the crashing seems random, I'd recommend fully removing the app* from iPadOS, restarting and then downloading again from the App Store. *Before uninstalling please backup/save all open documents within the app as these will be deleted. Also if you use the apps folder on iCloud please back this up or rename it as this is also deleted as part of the uninstall. If you continue to have issues, please confirm the model and iPad and version of iPadOS running as well as any workflows that may relate to the crashes occurring. Brock_Snotrac Posted July 21, 2022 Share Posted July 21, 2022 Nearly every time I try to eyedrop a color, Designer (v. 1.10.5) crashes. Operating on a MS Surface Pro 7. I've restarted the computer, closed down all other apps to free up any background applications taking up RAM, and it's still crashing on the most basic of operations.
