How do I get a pair of subscripts and superscripts to be stacked after the character they modify.

Seems like this should be possible with with kerning, but I can't get it to work.

Seems like I shouldn't need to resort to an equation editor for this.

Working in Publisher, but presume the same applies to Designer.

There is a lot of stuff that is font specific. If the glyphs for Sub/Super script are not present you have to do some work (saving a character style means you can easily apply them).

Are you wanting the two to be one on top of the other? No horizontal off set like this extremely crude example;

                      10

    something

                      12

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6
Affinity Designer 2.6.0 | Affinity Photo 2.6.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.6.0 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
