Currently, Photo allows a free choice of resample method only on document level, or at export.

I would like to have the ability to rasterize any layer with free choice of resample method within a document, not affecting other layers, or going through export.

In principle, the rasterize functions should allow to choose a resample method (similar to document resize & resample active).

PS: i searched for older request, but could not find one.

I use iPad screenshots and videos even in the Desktop section of the forum when I expect no relevant difference.

This is an important feature that needs to be added.  Photoshop + numerous other programs already do this.

I agree. I need this feature because I'm making pixel art and I can't make use of any kind of resizing except nearest neighbor
