BennyD
I need some quick help. How exactly Do I get my CIE/LAB Spot colors to export into my PDF-X3? They are converted to Device-CMYK everytime, no matter what I try. Ohne Titel.afpub Ohne Titel.pdf Quote ___♥___ | | | | | |

Staff Dan C Posted July 4, 2022 Staff Share Posted July 4, 2022 Hi @BennyD, Thanks for your report I can confirm there is a known issue with colour profiles and exporting to PDF/X versions currently, which is logged with our developers. I believe the issue you are seeing relates to this known bug, so I have 'bumped' the report with the information provided here now. We hope to have this resolved in a future update - in the meantime you can export using one of the non-x compatibility options, under the 'More...' menu when exporting and this should be retained. My apologies for any inconveniences caused here! Quote Please note - I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time. Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible. Many thanks! BennyD
Ok, thanks. Let’s hope this will be addressed quickly. I tried to follow your suggestions but unfortunately the problem/bug is still present also with the other export profiles.
