Pat Rugg
I am trying to download a trial version of Affinity on a new MacBook Pro. When I try to open the download, I keep getting the message that "Affinity photo does not appear to be a valid download file". I have tried several times without success - please help! walt.farrell
Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, @Pat Rugg. First, make sure you're trying to download the Mac version. What is the name of the file you downloaded? Next, if it is a .dmg file (as I think it should be, for Mac), then you might try a different browser, or a different computer. You are probably getting a corrupted download which could be the result of a browser, computer, or network issue................. thomaso
Sure the download was finished when you tried to open it? Can you show a screenshot of the downloaded file in a Finder window in list view (showing name, date, size and file type column)?
