Hi @ggglw Welcome to the forums.

Have you try changing the file association to make sure it's set to use Photo. However it's strange if it still opens Publisher even if you using File > Open in Photo, if this is happening can you do a quick screen recording.

This will be a Mac OS Get Info window.

PSD "Open with Affinity Photo" opens it in Publisher. I've tried it multiple times with the same result. I have to open the PSD within Photo, or drag the PSD to the Photo icon. Wacky.

You may have to do the "change all" on the PSD Files for it to work with a double click. There seems to be some weird stuff happening with "Affinity Openable" files being associated with Publisher. I am not sure if it is a Mac App Store and Serif Website Store association/conflict.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.4
Affinity Designer 2.4.1 | Affinity Photo 2.4.1 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.1 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

If Mac Finder works as Windows File Explorer seems to, it may be the last application that was installed, that says it can handle that type of file, that will be used by default.
