Since you haven’t provided a tutorial, I assume you meant to post to the Questions section. The answer is that you can insert an arrow head at the beginning and/or end of a line as shown in the following video:

Many font files have Arrows included but they don't appear on the keyboard. Instead you would type them via Unicode commands or more simple via the Glyph Browser Panel.

For custom drawn arrows ('Curve' object) you can use the Pinning Panel to make them auto-flow with your text.
