kjd Posted June 22, 2022 Posted June 22, 2022 I have to export my Affinity document into html so that I can send it out to a large distribution list. Is this possible? If not, is there anything else I can export it into so that I can still send it without losing the formatting? Please note: I'm at a basic level and just learning so if you talk to me about vectors and the like, you may as well talk outer mongolian to me! Surely this has to be possible somehow in this day and age??? 😵 Help please lovely people. Quote

Are you wanting to send the Affinity (Designer, Photo or Publisher???) document out to a bunch of people who are on a list? If yes then no need to make the Document into some sort of HTML, just treat it like an attachment. Does the "distribution list" allow for attachments? Where is the "distribution list"? This could be as simple as sending a group email. kjd 1 Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6 Affinity Designer 2.6.0 | Affinity Photo 2.6.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.6.0 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
Pšenda Posted June 22, 2022 Posted June 22, 2022 HTML? No. Without losing format? PDF? kjd Posted June 22, 2022 Author Posted June 22, 2022 Hi Old Bruce, I have created the newsletter in Publisher. The distribution list is in MailChimp and goes to 9000 people. I want HTML as that is the format MailChimp will accept. Quote

Andreas CH Posted June 22, 2022 Posted June 22, 2022 Mit einem kleinen Umweg könnte es gehen. Versuche folgende Schritte: Expotiere dein Dokument nach PDF. Konvertiere das PDF nach HTML mit https://convertio.co Quote
