how do I enable to save affinity designer designs in Dropbox? The option of Dropbox does not show up

Welcome to the Affinity Forums

You need to use File > Save a Copy to save directly to a Dropbox folder, if you're not seeing Dropbox as a 'location', please see the steps recommended in the below thread to enable this -
