Cleanest Hippie Posted June 18, 2022 Posted June 18, 2022 I have attached a video with the issue I am experiencing. I am using the threshold adjustment to get these outlines from a layer. However, when I click merge, I get a different result than what I had in mind (based on the preview). 2022-06-17 22-32-17.mkv Quote
NotMyFault Posted June 18, 2022 Posted June 18, 2022 Hi, most probably you are zoomed out to 39% (zoom level <100%). To get a realistic preview of fine structures (1px lines) you need to zoom to 100%. The other most probable culprit: please rasterize the bitmap layers to convert them to the DPI of the document, before using threshold or merge down. But it seems all layers are 300dpi. There are other possible causes, if the issue remains (at 100% zoom level) could you upload the actual afphoto file? And please provide a screenshot of your preferences/performance settings. Cleanest Hippie Posted June 18, 2022 Author Posted June 18, 2022 Wow thanks for the fast response, yeah that was it! When I set the zoom to 100%, the preview saved exactly how I expected. I appreciate your help! : ) NotMyFault 1 Quote
