JUTO
I Have a issue in where I can not open affinity design on my windows Pc, I tried to reinstalling it but now I can not download the app trough the Microsoft store either. Also I cannot download from the website either because when you buy stuff trough the Microsoft store they do not give you nor provide a license key, because it try to verify to a server. I don't want to buy it again, what other solution there is?
walt.farrell
Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. Sorry to hear you're having a problem. There's a "See details" link in that message. What are the details? Have you tried Restarting Windows? Signing out of the Microsoft Store and signing in again?
