waltonmendelson Posted June 16, 2022 Posted June 16, 2022 I am using Affinity Publisher 1.10.5.1342 with Windows 10. I have a table where two rows appear to be corrupt: I can place the cursor at the beginning of the text but I cannot move it from there using the right arrow clicking anywhere in the text I can select the rows, but I cannot delete them using the delete key in the fly out menu, using Delete Row(s) when I click Delete Row(s) it deletes the subsequent rows When I select the entire table, I can delete all of the text, except the two rows. Other than starting over, any ideas? Walton Quote
Old Bruce Posted June 16, 2022 Posted June 16, 2022 Make a new document copy and paste the table into the new document. if it still won't behave post the new document here. There are just too many things that may be causing this for people to speculate about. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
waltonmendelson Posted June 16, 2022 Author Posted June 16, 2022 Thank you. I'm aware there are too many things, and this is a type specimen book--so over a thousand fonts, as of now and I'm 25% done, no doubt exacerbate problems. I was hoping there was a hold-down-ctrl-shift-alt-x-y-z then-hit-enter kind of answer. I'll make a new table. Walton Quote

That may well be answer, but it may not be the answer to this specific problem. It may be the cause of the problem. waltonmendelson Posted June 16, 2022 Author Posted June 16, 2022 In this case, no. The corrupted rows happened when I merged two columns. Given the number of fonts, I have been very careful to avoid giving Affinity Publisher any excuse to get up to mischief. I save often. Create a new file at least twice a work session to work on. Close Affinity the first sign it's slowing down and reboot my computer. Etc. Walton Quote
