Annegammel
I find that AF Photo shuts down when I either open files or when I am in the process of editing them. I don't get any "report" about it, it just shuts down and I lose my work....

WmBobe
Good Evening, I am experiencing the exact same issue. I am able to make four or five small adjustments, then the software becomes unresponsive and shuts down. It appears to happen more if I zoom in on a photo. I am using an HP laptop with the following specs: Device name (deleted by user) Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.6 GB usable) Device ID 7A293525-B2A7-450B-90CF-58E86340442D Product ID 00325-97251-19024-AAOEM System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Pen and touch Pen and touch support with 10 touch points I will try the suggestion above and respond back if it resolves my issue. Respectfully, Bill
