Bleed missing in Publisher when placing page/artboard from Designer

When placing pages/artboards from AD in to AP the bleed is not showing on screen and in the export. All the bleeds are 3mm. and i've selected Bleedbox from the pulldown menu where you can choose the artboard.

Hi Sephen,

I'm not sure if I understand your problem but there is no bleed set in the Publisher file you have provided. If you go to File > Document Setup and select Bleed you will see that the values are empty.
