damnebo Posted June 13, 2022 Posted June 13, 2022 It would be helpful to be able to use publisher as a replacement for acrobat pro. I would like to scan docs and pictures directly into files using Publisher. This will help with the final disentanglement with ADOBE regarding creating PDFs. Quote
GarryP Posted June 13, 2022 Posted June 13, 2022 Welcome to the forums @damnebo You can scan directly with the MacOS versions of the software but not with the Windows versions. There are technical reasons for this which are documented elsewhere in the forums; just do a forum search for scan windows and do some scrolling. Example: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/145978-direct-import-of-scans/#comment-821280 Quote

carl123 Posted June 14, 2022 Posted June 14, 2022 I did not know the Mac version of Publisher supports scanning Is that correct?
