fx - Outline only shows radius

Started to use the fx Outline function.

First click on Outline there is only the Radius option.

Clicking on any of the other Layer effects gives a full set of options, and when I return to Outline there is a full set of options. It looks like the select tick does not trigger the options.

Same fault on all the other Layer effects.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

In each screenshot, you have two effects enabled: Gaussian Blur, and Outline.

But in the first one, you have the Gaussian Blur effect selected (blue highlight), and so you see the controls for that effect. In the second screenshot you have the Outline effect selected (blue highlight), and so you see the controls for that one. You only see the controls for the selected effect.

Thank you for the fast reply.

Where I was not thinking correctly was that the tickbox is just to indicate that it is applied to the image, and one must click on the effect to show the adjustments available. Simple really but I missed it.

You're welcome. And you're certainly not the first person to have made that mistake; I have at times, too.
