Geebs Posted June 2, 2022 Share Posted June 2, 2022 I originally put this in iPad questions but perhaps this is the right place instead. Hello…..hoping someone might be able to help. I have the iPad app and the desktop version of Photo. I thought I would see if the assets I have on the desktop are synced to my iPad app. When I look at my Account on the iPad there are only 2 assets instead of 7 and on the bottom left it shows Sync Failed. I signed into my account and the Registered Apps and Devices only show that my desktop is registered. I read that I need to register my iPad app but I do not see that option. Do you think I should delete the app and download it again? I believe I have been using the current version 1.10.5. iPad OS 15.5.
